Modern Carpet One gave us top notch service from start to finish. Gemma and Harriet helped us find the very best flooring and Mike and Jamie installed it flawlessly. Both the office and installing personnel were courteous, professional, punctual, attentive to detail, and dedicated to quality service. Our great room was transformed from embarrassing to elegant. Great experience. We had 2 houses carpeted. The new house got upgraded and the old house got refreshed. Harriet did a great job from carpet selection to coordinating the installation. Installers did a great job, especially in the basement of the old house, which was a little bit tricky (in my mind) . Would recommend to anyone. Price is competitive and service is really good.
