I had what was probably the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic here. I had an issue with another location and brought my car here to see if they could help me out. The folks here went above and beyond to resolve the issue I had and did everything they could to make sure I had a pleasant experience. I could not give any better recommendation for this place! I'm sure I will be coming back.
Art, Mike, Wendy and team are always welcoming, cheerful and a pleasure to work with. In the 3 years I have visited their shop, their attitude is customer-first - every single time, consistently. Their quality of work is excellent too. I'm usually picky about the shop I use but I'd recommend this particular Tuffy to anyone without a hesitation - walk in prepare to be amazed! Thank you Wendy for staying back a few minutes late to help me pick up my car in time for my road trip!
